We are based in Santa Monica, California. Our entire team is US-based, so you can rest assured that your audio will be transcribed by a native english speaker.

How much does it cost?

We charge $2 per minute of audio for a 48 hour turnaround. Timestamping/Verbatim can be added on for $0.50 per minute.

Do you charge more for multiple speakers?

No, we like to keep our pricing structure simple.

How can I download my completed transcript?

We will send an email with the completed transcript as soon as it has been completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card and via PayPal.

What is the turnaround time?

We offer standard delivery of 2 days, however you can purchase a 24 hour turnaround option for an additional $1/minute.
